cod fish fat for frying ¼ lb. Pumpkin breadcrumbs and flour ¼ lb. Flour salt and pepper 2 eggs 1 tbs. Chopped onion milk to mix and herbs. 1 tbs. Butter fat for frying breadcrumbs and flour salt and pepper 1 tbs. Chopped onion and herbs Boil and mince fish finely. Add pumpkin grated raw. Beat eggs. Add milk, butter, seasonings, and salt and pepper to taste and mix together. Add to the fish and mix well with the flour and make into cakes or balls. Dip in breadcrumbs and flour and fry in fat till golden brown. |
